  • strengthening the lungs of the body, increasing their capacity, which increases the percentage of oxygen entering the blood, and raises the efficiency of the breathing process.

Sport leads to some changes in the brain such as the release of the hormone dopamine and serotonin, which reduces the likelihood of depression by about 30%, and these hormones are known as happiness hormones, which are necessary for mood stability and an individual's feeling of positivity, as the practice of any exercise stimulates the production of these hormones, especially when winning, in addition, studies show that sport gains vitamin D, especially when practiced outdoors, where the body gets it from the sun directly naturally and effectively, which reduces the symptoms of depression and improves mood.
